I had to fill out a bunch of forms, and one of them had reasons a person would be ineligible to donate. The very first one said “If you are a male who has had sexual contact of any kind with another male after the year 1977,you are ineligible.” So basically,the blood donation center doesn’t accept your selfless contribution to saving lives if you happen to be gay. That is actually a fucking huge act of prejudice, o m g, why is that not illegal?! “Welcome to Puget Sound Blood Center! No gays allowed.” Idk man, that shit is crazy.
